Anxiety
All of us experience anxiety from time to time. This is entirely normal because anxiety is part of our ‘fight or flight’ survival mechanism, it works like an alarm system and we have it to protect us.

Depression
This is a prolonged feeling of severe low mood and sadness that lasts for weeks, months or in some cases years. Depression affects people in different ways and can cause a wide variety of symptoms.

Trauma
Trauma can be the result of being exposed to an extremely distressing event or series of stressful events that is so overwhelming for a person, they find it difficult to cope with and process.

Bereavement, Grief & Loss

To be feeling stressed at times is a normal response to situations that are challenging or demanding, some people would argue that a level of pressure and stress is helpful to them at times and even motivating.

This is often only viewed as reference to intimate relationships but in actual fact can mean any sort of relationship that feels challenging in some way or difficult.

Work Related Issues
As adults many of us spend a lot of our time at work on a weekly basis, therefore it is also likely at times we may experience some work related issues.

Self-Esteem & Self-Worth
Self-esteem and self-worth are related but are also different. Self-esteem is about how you feel about yourself and often changes based on your mood, the situation you are in.
