I use the ZOOM PLATFORM to connect to clients online and work therapeutically. An agreed time will be made between myself and the client and an invitation prior to the appointment time will be sent to the client by me. We will have an online contract to work in this way.

Some clients prefer to work like this rather than face to face. Other clients use this or telephone counselling on the occasions they cannot make an in person session. The beauty of this style of working is it can offer the flexibility some clients need for their work commitments, location and lifestyles.

It can be accessed all over the world. It is the clients responsibility to find a private and confidential space for this appointment, and it is the counsellors responsibility to ensure they too are in a confidential space to connect to the client online.
