These sessions are held at my therapy office. This environment is a safe, confidential, non judgemental space for you to work through your problems or issues. It may be that your sessions are only talking sessions or it may be that other therapeutic styles and approaches are used.

These could include sand tray, art therapy, Russian doll therapy and IEMT. CHILDRENS THERAPY sessions are always held in my therapy office and usually involve the above approaches as well as crafts, toys, games and fidgets.
