Face 2 Face Counselling

These sessions are held at my therapy office. This environment is a safe, confidential, non judgemental, boundaries space for you to work through your problems or issues.

Online Counselling

I use the ZOOM PLATFORM to connect to online and work therapeutically. An agreed time will be made between myself and the client and an invitation prior to the appointment.

Telephone Counselling

This style of counselling is quite simply done on the phone. I will arrange a time for the call to happen. For some clients this is the type of therapy they wish to have and access.

Outdoor Therapy

At Brickwork Therapeutic Counselling I also offer outdoor therapy sessions. These can be held at a number of locations within the area.

Supervision for Counsellors

I am a qualified Supervisor and offer this to other Counsellors in the area. The sessions are 1-1 and for the minimum of 1 ½ hours per month. Ideally these are more often than not face to face in my therapy office, but can be held online via zoom, or the telephone on occasions.
